The Sunderland plant is indeed an interesting place to visit. I've been lucky enough to have been invited around it three times now with the Juke owners group I was there in April and watched plenty of new shape QQ's being built.

If you ever get the opportunity to go I can highly recommend it.

When I was visiting the factory for a tour of the plant in April they Had a new QQ on display and a few of us commented on the poorly fitted bonnet back then. Seems this must be a bit of an issue.
